Our Promise

We want you to love your Best West Apparel. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

What We Accept

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Unworn items with original tags
  • Items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping)

We Cannot Accept:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@bestwestapparel.com with your order number
  2. Include photos if the item is defective or damaged
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day

Shipping Costs

Standard Returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Defective or Wrong Items:

  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement at no cost to you

Refunds

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Sale Items:

  • Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only
  • No cash refunds on sale items

Exchanges

Size or Style Exchanges:

  • We'll ship your exchange as soon as we receive your return
  • If the new item costs more, we'll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we'll issue store credit

Out of Stock Items:

  • If your exchange size is unavailable, we'll offer a full refund or store credit

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every order before it ships, but mistakes happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Send photos of the issue
  3. We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund
  4. Keep the defective item until we contact you (we may not need it returned)

Wrong Item Shipped

If we sent you the wrong item, we'll make it right:

  • Email us within 7 days with your order number
  • We'll send the correct item at no charge
  • We'll provide a prepaid label for the wrong item

Store Credit

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. We'll email you a unique discount code for your store credit amount.
