CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Because your gear deserves the same care as your favorite hiking trail.

Tees

Our pigment-dyed tees are as authentic as a barn find. Here’s how to keep ‘em looking good:

Washing

Turn inside out, wash in COLD water (30°C/86°F max) with like colors. First wash? Keep it separate—pigment dyes are like fresh-tilled soil, they’ll rub off a bit.

Detergent

Use mild detergent. No bleach (not even the oxygen kind). Think gentle—this ain’t scrubbing a tractor.

Drying

Air dry is best. If you’re in a hurry, tumble dry on LOW (60°C max). High heat = shrinkage. Nobody wants that.

Ironing

Don’t. But if you must, keep it on low and inside out. No ironing the design—treat it like your grandma’s china.

Storage

Fold it, don’t hang it. Hanging stretches the shoulders like an old barn door.

Hoodies

Soft as a Sunday morning. Keep it that way:

Washing

Machine wash COLD with like colors. Turn inside out if it’s got a design. Gentle cycle preferred—it’s fleece, not a work boot.

Detergent

Mild detergent only. Non-chlorine bleach if absolutely needed (but really, just don’t spill coffee on it).

Drying

Tumble dry LOW. Pull it out before it gets too cozy in there or it’ll shrink up like a Midwest winter.

Ironing

Warm iron if you have to, inside out. Don’t iron the design. It’s a hoodie, not a dress shirt—wrinkles add character.

Storage

Fold or hang—your call. Hoodies are tougher than tees.

General Midwest Wisdom

• Expect some shrinkage on the first wash (5-7% is normal—just like how your truck bed fills up with leaves every fall).

• Don’t dry clean. That’s for city folk.

• Pilling happens. Grab a sweater shaver or a safety razor and give it a quick once-over. Good as new.

• Stains? Hit ‘em fast with cold water and a little dish soap. Let it sit, then wash. Works better than waiting till next Tuesday.

Treat your Best West gear right, and it’ll last you through bonfires, tailgates, and Sunday morning pancakes.
